Our Educational Vision, Aims & Values

Vision Statement

At Warley Road we want our children to have a bright future, able to contribute as successful individuals to the community & world in which they live. We want to give them the life skills & confidence that will support them in making the right choices & equip them for adult life.

Aims

To achieve this, we aim to create a safe and caring setting that will:-

  1. Provide a stimulating and challenging educational environment, meeting the needs of all children in our charge & enabling them to achieve their academic potential
  2. Develop children’s self esteem & confidence through academic success and personal achievement

Strategies to Meet our Aims

  • Provide a curriculum that is broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated, ensuring high quality provision for all including SEN & G&T
  • Provide high quality teaching & learning environments, matching work to the needs of all learners
  • Educate pupils intellectually, socially, morally, physically & spiritually
  • Provide a range of experiences & opportunities, including a range of extra-curricular opportunities
  • Encourage all children to be respectful, caring & confident people, developing an understanding of their own cultural heritage & appreciating that of others
